Vaping is really bad for you. But, having “the vape talk” with your friend isn’t easy. It’s uncomfy. Even socially risky. So to help teens start a real conversation about the harms of vaping, we created a delightfully awkward salesman that offers to have the talk on behalf of teens everywhere. Meet Norm: one part Bill Nye, one part Saul Goodman. All in on ending teen vaping.

What started as a simple hotline evolved into a sprawling Norm universe. The NCU, if you will. Below are just a few examples.
