“The Vape Talk”; noun: A conversation between two people about the harms of vaping.

There’s no easy way for teens to initiate the vape talk with their friends. It’s uncomfy. Even socially risky. So to help them start the conversation, we created a delightfully awkward salesman that offers to have “the talk” on behalf of teens everywhere. Meet Norm: one part Bill Nye, one part Saul Goodman. All in on ending teen vaping.

What started as a simple hotline evolved into a sprawling Norm universe. The NCU, if you will. Below are just a few examples.
